(فَإِنْ أَبَى) مَحْبُوسٌ مُوسِرٌ دَفْعَ مَا عَلَيْهِ؛ (عَزَّرَهُ) حَاكِمٌ، (وَيُكَرِّرُ) حَبْسَهُ وَتَعْزِيرَهُ حَتَّى يَقْضِيَهُ؛ كَالْقَوْلِ فِيمَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى أَكْثَرَ مِنْ أَرْبَعٍ، (وَلَا يُزَادُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ عَلَى أَكْثَرِ التَّعْزِيرِ) ؛ أَيْ: الْعَشْرِ ضَرَبَاتٍ،
