(وَيَتَّجِهُ) كَوْنُ عَوْدِهَا لِمِلْكِهِ (بِغَيْرِ وَقْفٍ) ؛

أَمَّا لَوْ بَاعَهَا لِإِنْسَانٍ، ثُمَّ وَقَفَهَا مُشْتَرِيهَا عَلَى مَحْجُورٍ عَلَيْهِ؛ فَلَا رُجُوعَ لِرَبِّهَا عَلَيْهَا؛ لِوُقُوعِ الْوَقْفِ لَازِمًا. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
