(لَا إنْ مَاتَ الْمُشْتَرِي مُفْلِسًا وَالسِّلْعَةُ بِيَدِ بَائِعٍ) ؛ فَيَصِيرُ الْبَائِعُ أُسْوَةَ الْغُرَمَاءِ يَضْرِبُ لَهُ مَعَهُمْ بِالثَّمَنِ إنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَخَذَهُ.
