مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَأُجْرَةِ دَلَّالٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) كَسِمْسَارٍ وَكَيَّالٍ وَوَازِنٍ وَحَمَّالٍ وَحَافِظٍ (لَمْ يَتَبَرَّعْ) وَاحِدٌ بِعَمَلِهِ (مِنْ الْمَالِ) ؛ أَيْ: مَالِ الْمُفْلِسِ مُقَدَّمَةً عَلَى دُيُونِ الْغُرَمَاءِ (قَبْلَ قِسْمَةٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ حَقٌّ عَلَى الْمُفْلِسِ؛ لِكَوْنِهِ طَرِيقًا إلَى وَفَاءِ دَيْنِهِ.
