(وَلَا لِ) صَلَاةِ (نَفْلٍ وَقْتَ نَهْيٍ) عَنْهَا؛ لِأَنَّهَا طَهَارَةٌ ضَرُورَةً تَتَقَيَّدُ بِالْوَقْتِ، كَطَهَارَةِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ، وَلِأَنَّهُ قَبْلَ الْوَقْتِ مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ فَأَشْبَهَ التَّيَمُّمَ بِلَا عُذْرٍ
