(الثَّامِنُ:) (تَعَذُّرُ) اسْتِعْمَالِ (مَاءٍ وَلَوْ) كَانَ التَّعَذُّرُ (بِحَبْسٍ) لِلْمَاءِ بِأَنْ يُوضَعَ الْمَاءُ فِي مَكَان لَا يَقْدِرُ عَلَى الْوُصُولِ إلَيْهِ، أَوْ الشَّخْصِ عَلَى الْخُرُوجِ فِي طَلَبِهِ، (أَوْ غَيْرِهِ) - أَيْ: الْحَبْسِ - حَضَرًا كَقَطْعِ عَدُوٍّ مَاءَ بَلَدِهِ،
