(وَ) يَجِبُ (عَلَى وَلِيٍّ) (إخْرَاجُ زَكَاةٍ) مِنْ مَالِ مُوَلِّيه (وَ) إخْرَاجُ (فِطْرَةٍ مِنْ مَالِ مُوَلِّيه) ،

وَكَذَا فِطْرَةِ مَنْ تَلْزَمُهُ مُؤْنَتُهُ، (وَلَا يَتَوَلَّى سَفِيهٌ ذَلِكَ) ؛ أَيْ: إخْرَاجُ الزَّكَاةِ وَالْفِطْرَةِ.
