(وَيَتَّجِهُ) لِوَلِيٍّ مَحْجُورٍ عَلَيْهِ السَّفَرُ بِمَالٍ مَحْجُورٍ - (وَلَوْ بَحْرًا) حَيْثُ غَلَبَتْ السَّلَامَةُ (خِلَافًا لَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: لِصَاحِبِ " الْإِقْنَاعِ " حَيْثُ قَالَ بِغَيْرِ الْبَحْرِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
