(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَيَعْتِقُ) مُوصًى بِهِ لِمَحْجُورٍ عَلَيْهِ بِقَبُولِ وَلِيِّهِ لَهُ ذَلِكَ بِمُجَرَّدِ مَوْتِ الْمُوصِي - وَلَوْ حَرُمَ عَلَيْهِ قَبُولُهُ لَهُ - لِدُخُولِهِ فِي مِلْكِهِ بِمُجَرَّدِ الْقَبُولِ.

وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
