(وَلِوَلِيِّ مَحْجُورٍ) عَلَيْهِ (خَلْطُ نَفَقَةِ مُوَلِّيه بِمَالِهِ إذَا كَانَ) خَلْطُهَا (أَرْفَقَ) ؛ لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى:{وَإِنْ تُخَالِطُوهُمْ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ} وَإِنْ كَانَ إفْرَادُهُ أَرْفَقَ بِهِ أَفْرَدَهُ مُرَاعَاةً لِمَصْلَحَةٍ.
