وَتَلْزَمُ وَلِيًّا زِيَادَةٌ زُوِّجَ بِهَا لَا زِيَادَةٌ أَذِنَ فِيهَا بَلْ تَلْزَمُ سَفِيهًا لِمُبَاشَرَتِهِ

(وَتَلْزَمُ وَلِيًّا) لِسَفِيهٍ (زِيَادَةٌ زُوِّجَ بِهَا) ، فَيَدْفَعُهَا مِنْ مَالِهِ؛ لِتَعَدِّيهِ، وَ (لَا) تَلْزَمُهُ (زِيَادَةٌ أَذِنَ فِيهَا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُبَاشِرْهَا، (بَلْ تَلْزَمُ سَفِيهًا لِمُبَاشَرَتِهِ) ، وَوُجُودُ الْإِذْنِ كَعَدَمِهِ.
