(قَالَ الشَّيْخُ) تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ: (لَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: نَاظِرِ الْوَقْفِ (أَخْذُ أُجْرَةِ عَمَلِهِ مَعَ فَقْرِهِ) وَقَالَ وَلَا يُقَدَّمُ بِمَعْلُومِهِ بِلَا شَرْطٍ إلَّا بِأَخْذِ أُجْرَةِ عَمَلِهِ مَعَ فَقْرِهِ؛ كَوَصِيِّ الْيَتِيمِ.
