وَيَتَّجِهُ: هَذَا إذَا وُكِّلَ مُكَاتَبٌ بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُهُ مِنْ نَحْو قَرْضٍ وَمُحَابَاةٍ.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ هَذَا) ؛ أَيْ: عَدَمُ عَزْلِ وَكِيلِ الْمُكَاتَبِ (إذَا وُكِّلَ مُكَاتَبٌ بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُهُ مِنْ نَحْوِ قَرْضٍ وَمُحَابَاةٍ) ؛ كَتَزْوِيجِ وَبَيْعِ نَسَاءٍ وَإِقْرَارٍ عَلَيْهِ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
