قَالَ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ " أَوْ ظَاهِرُهُ: وَلَوْ لَمْ يَخَفْ ضَرَرًا بِفَوَاتِ الرُّفْقَةِ، لِفَوَاتِ الْإِلْفِ وَالْأُنْسِ، (أَوْ) خَوْفُهُ بِاسْتِعْمَالِهِ فَوْتَ (مَالَهُ) .
