(وَإِنْ وَكَّلَهُ فِي مُخَاصَمَةِ غُرَمَائِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُوَكِّلِ، صَحَّ التَّوْكِيلُ (- وَإِنْ جَهِلَهُمْ مُوَكِّلٌ وَوَكِيلٌ -) لِعَدَمِ اشْتِرَاطِ عَيْنِ مَا وُكِّلَ بِهِ.
