وإنْ أَبَى قَبُولُهَا فَكَعَزْلِهِ نَفْسَهُ،

(وَإِنْ أَبَى) وَكِيلٌ (قَبُولَهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْوَكَالَةِ بِأَنْ قِيلَ لَهُ فُلَانٌ وَكَّلَك، فَقَالَ لَا أَقْبَلُهَا، (فَكَعَزْلِهِ نَفْسَهُ) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْوَكَالَةَ لَمْ تَتِمَّ.
