(وَعَلَى هَذَا) - أَيْ: عَدَمِ احْتِرَامِ مَنْ ذُكِرَ - (فَيَجِبُ سَقْيُهُ) - أَيْ: الْمَاءِ - (لِكَلْبٍ مُحْتَرَمٍ) ، أَيْ: لَا عَقُورٍ، وَلَا أَسْوَدَ بَهِيمٍ، (وَتَرْكُ زَانٍ) مُحْصَنٍ (مُسْلِمٍ وَلَوْ مَاتَ) عَطَشًا، (مَا لَمْ يَتُبْ) تَوْبَةً نَصُوحًا.
