(وَ) تَصِحُّ الْوَكَالَةُ فِي (تَمَلُّكٍ مُبَاحٍ) مِنْ صَيْدٍ وَحَشِيشٍ؛ لِأَنَّهُ تَمَلُّكُ مَالٍ لَا يَتَعَيَّنُ عَلَيْهِ، فَجَازَ التَّوْكِيلُ فِيهِ؛ كَالِاتِّهَابِ.
