مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ (أَنَّهُ) إنْ نَوَاهُ لِمُوَكِّلِهِ (يَمْلِكُهُ) ؛ أَيْ:] الْمُبَاحَ (مُوَكِّلٌ بِمُجَرَّدِ تَحْصِيلٍ) . وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهُ.
