(وَتَصِحُّ) وَكَالَةٌ فِي إخْرَاجِ زَكَاةٍ (بِقَوْلِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُوَكِّلِ لِوَكِيلِهِ: (أَخْرِجْ زَكَاةَ مَالِي) مِنْ مَالِك، (أَوْ أَخْرِجْ كَفَّارَتِي مِنْ مَالِك) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ اقْتِرَاضٌ مِنْ مَالِ وَكِيلِهِ، وَتَوْكِيلٌ لَهُ فِي إخْرَاجِهِ.
