وَلَا يُوصِي وَكِيلٌ، وَإِنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ لِبُطْلَانِهَا بِمَوتِهِ،

(وَلَا يُوصِي وَكِيلٌ - وَإِنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ) مُوَكِّلُهُ - لِعَدَمِ تَنَاوُلِ اللَّفْظِ لَهُ، و (لِبُطْلَانِهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْوَكَالَةِ (بِمَوْتِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الْوَكِيلِ.
