وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَلا عَزْلِهِ لأَنهُ مُتَصَرِّفٌ عَلَى غَيرِهِ،

(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَ) لَا تَنْفَسِخُ (بِعَزْلِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: وَلِيِّ الْيَتِيمِ وَنَاظِرِ الْوَقْفِ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ (لِأَنَّهُ مُتَصَرِّفٌ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ)
