وكَذَا وَكِيلِ وَلِيِّ يَتِيمٍ وَنَاظِرِ وَقْفٍ، فَيَنعَزِلُ بِفِسْقِهِ، وَكَذَا بِفِسْقِ مُوَكِّلِهِ.

(كَوَكِيلِ وَلِيِّ يَتِيمٍ وَنَاظِرِ وَقْفٍ) فَسَقَ، (فَيَنْعَزِلُ بِفِسْقِهِ، وَكَذَا) يَنْعَزِلُ الْوَكِيلُ (بِفِسْقِ مُوَكِّلِهِ) لِخُرُوجِهِ عَنْ أَهْلِيَّةِ التَّصَرُّفِ.
