(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَكَذَا) ؛ أَيْ: لَا يُبْطِلُ الْوَكَالَةَ (كُلُّ عَقْدٍ فَاسِدٍ؛ لِأَنَّهُ) - أَيْ الْعَقْدُ الْفَاسِدُ - (لَمْ يَنْقُلْ الْمِلْكَ) ، فَوُجُودُهُ كَعَدَمِهِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
