(وَيَتَّجِهُ بِاحْتِمَالٍ قَوِيٍّ) (وَلَا) تَبْطُلُ الْوَكَالَةُ (بِوَطْءِ) سَيِّدٍ (أَمَةً وَكَّلَ) إنْسَانًا (فِي عِتْقِهَا) ؛ لِتَشَوُّفِ الشَّارِعِ إلَى الْعِتْقِ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
