(وَيَتَّجِهُ فَإِنْ عَلِمَهُ) بَائِعٌ وَكِيلًا فَأَبْرَأَهُ؛ (لَمْ يَصِحَّ) لِأَنَّهُ لَا حَقَّ لَهُ عَلَيْهِ يُبْرِئُهُ مِنْهُ، وَهُوَ فِي غَايَةِ الِاتِّجَاهِ
