(فِي مُدَّةِ خِيَارِ) مَجْلِسٍ أَوْ شَرْطٍ (لَمْ يَلْزَمْ) وَكِيلًا وَلَا مُضَارِبًا (فَسْخُ) بَيْعٍ؛ لِأَنَّ الزِّيَادَةَ إذَنْ مَنْهِيٌّ عَنْهَا، فَلَا يَلْزَمُ الرُّجُوعُ إلَيْهَا.
