(لَا) يَلْزَمُ بَذْلُ الْمَاءِ (لِطَهَارَةِ غَيْرِهِ بِحَالٍ) ، سَوَاءٌ كَانَ يَجِدُ غَيْرَهُ أَوْ لَا، طَلَبَهُ بِثَمَنِهِ أَوْ لَا كَسَائِرِ الْأَمْوَالِ لَا يَجِبُ بَذْلُهَا إلَّا لِضَرُورَةٍ، وَلَا ضَرُورَةَ هُنَا.
