(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَكَذَا غَيْرُ الشِّيَاهِ) مِثْلُهَا فِي الْحُكْمِ

فَلَوْ قَالَ لِوَكِيلِهِ: اشْتَرِ لِي ثَوْبًا بِدِينَارٍ، فَاشْتَرَى بِالدِّينَارِ ثَوْبَيْنِ، وَكَانَ أَحَدُهُمَا يُسَاوِي الدِّينَارَ؛ صَحَّ؛ لِحُصُولِ غَرَضِ الْمُوَكِّلِ وَزِيَادَةٍ.
