(وَيَتَّجِهُ بِاحْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ (وَكَذَا) - أَيْ: وَمِثْلُ الْوَكِيلِ فِي الْإِيدَاعِ - (كُلُّ وَكِيلٍ فِي دَفْعِ) مَا وُكِّلَ فِي دَفْعِهِ (لِأَمِينٍ) كَشَرِيكٍ وَوَصِيٍّ وَأَجِيرٍ خَاصٍّ وَأَمِينِ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ لَا يَضْمَنُ بِدَفْعِهِ، أَوْ أَخْذٍ مِمَّنْ ذُكِرَ وَلَوْ لَمْ يُشْهِدْ عَلَيْهِ - لِقَبُولِ قَوْلِهِمْ فِي الْهَلَاكِ بِلَا تَفْرِيطٍ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
