(وَإِنْ ادَّعَتْهُ) ؛ أَيْ: ادَّعَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ عَقْدَ النِّكَاحِ (حَلَفَ زَوْجٌ) أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُوَكِّلْ فِي عَقْدِ النِّكَاحِ، وَبَرِئَ مِنْ الصَّدَاقِ الَّذِي تَدَّعِيهِ فِي ذِمَّتِهِ.
