(وَيَتَّجِهُ) وَلَا ضَمَانَ عَلَى مُؤَخِّرِ دَيْنٍ بِحُجَّةٍ لِيُشْهِدَ (لَوْ حَصَلَ تَلَفٌ زَمَنَ تَأْخِيرِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ فَعَلَ مَا لَهُ فِعْلُهُ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
