(وَإِلَّا) بِأَنْ تَضَرَّرَ بِمَسْحِهِ أَيْضًا (تَيَمَّمَ لَهُ) - أَيْ: الْجَرِيحِ وَنَحْوِهِ - دَفْعًا لِلْحَرَجِ، (وَ) يَتَيَمَّمُ (لِمَا يَتَضَرَّرُ بِغَسْلِهِ أَوْ مَسْحِهِ مِمَّا قَرُبَ) مِنْ الْجَرِيحِ وَنَحْوِهِ لِاسْتِوَائِهِمَا فِي الْحُكْمِ،
