(وَإِنْ أَقَرَّ) الْبَعْضُ بِمُتَعَلِّقٍ بِهَا - أَيْ: الشَّرِكَةِ (كَأُجْرَةِ) دَلَّالٍ و (حَمَّالٍ) ، وَأُجْرَةِ مُخَزِّنٍ وَنَحْوِهِ كَحَافِظٍ؛ فَهُوَ مِنْ مَالِ (الْجَمِيعِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ تَوَابِعِ التِّجَارَةِ.
