(وَالْوَضِيعَةُ) - أَيْ: الْخُسْرَانُ فِي مَالِ الشَّرِكَةِ (بِقَدْرِ مَا لِكُلٍّ) مِنْ الشُّرَكَاءِ، سَوَاءٌ كَانَ لِتَلَفٍ أَوْ نُقْصَانِ ثَمَنٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا تَابِعَةٌ لِلْمَالِ.
