مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَصِحُّ بَيْعُ وَإِيجَارُ مَتَاعٍ، وَغَزْوٌ بِدَابَّةٍ بِجُزْءٍ مِنْ رِبْحِهِ) - أَيْ الْمَتَاعِ - (أَوْ سَهْمِهَا) - أَيْ الدَّابَّةِ - كَالْهَجِينِ أَوْ سَهْمَيْهَا كَالْعَرَبِيَّةِ، نَصَّ عَلَيْهِ فِيمَنْ أَعْطَى فَرَسَهُ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ الْغَنِيمَةِ، وَمَا لَيْسَ بِمَنْصُوصٍ عَلَيْهِ فَهُوَ فِي مَعْنَى الْمَنْصُوصِ عَلَيْهِ.
