وَلَوْ قَالَ مَالِكٌ: (أَجِّرْ عَبْدِي) ، أَوْ بِعْهُ، (أَوْ) أَجِّرْ (دَابَّتِي) ؛ أَوْ بِعْهَا، (وَالْأُجْرَةُ) أَوْ الثَّمَنُ (بَيْنَنَا) ؛ لَا يَصِحُّ، وَالثَّمَنُ وَالْأُجْرَةُ لِلْمَالِكِ،
