(لَا إنْ ظَنَّ) عَدَمَهُ فَيَسْأَلَ عَنْهُ.

قَالَ فِي " الْإِنْصَافِ ": عَلَى الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ الْمَذْهَبِ وَحَيْثُ تَحَقَّقَ عَدَمُهُ (فَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ إذَنْ طَلَبٌ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا أَثَرَ لِطَلَبِ شَيْءٍ مُتَحَقِّقِ الْعَدَمِ، (وَيَتَيَمَّمُ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ حِينَئِذٍ يَصِيرُ عَادِمًا لِلْمَاءِ،
