(وَلَا بَأْسَ لِمُسْلِمٍ بِحَفْرِ قَبْرٍ لِذِمِّيٍّ) ، وَالْأَوْلَى تَرْكُهُ، (وَكُرِهَ إنْ كَانَ) أَيْ الْقَبْرُ - (نَارُوسًا) هُوَ حَجَرٌ يُحْفَرُ، وَيُجْعَلُ، فِيهِ الْمَيِّتُ.

وَكَمَا يَصِحُّ اسْتِئْجَارُ آدَمِيٍّ لِحَفْرٍ تَصِحُّ إجَارَةُ
