(قَالَ الشَّيْخُ) تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ بْنُ تَيْمِيَّةَ: (إنْ قَالَ) الْمُؤَجِّرُ: (انْتَفِعْ بِهَا) - أَيْ الْأَرْضِ - (بِمَا شِئْت فَلَهُ زَرْعٌ وَغَرْسٌ وَبِنَاءٌ) .
