(وَيَتَّجِهُ أَوْ) ؛ أَيْ: أَنَّهُ يُشْتَرَطُ اسْتِقْصَاءُ صِفَاتِ السَّلَمِ فِي عَيْنٍ (مُعَيَّنَةٍ غَيْرِ غَائِبَةٍ) عَنْ مَجْلِسِ الْعَقْدِ؛ لِكَوْنِهَا غَيْرَ مُشَاهَدَةٍ لِلْمُسْتَأْجِرِ، فَاشْتَرَطَ لَهَا مَا يَشْتَرِطُ لَمَا فِي الذِّمَّةِ.
