ثُمَّ إنْ تَيَمَّمَ عَاجِزًا عَنْ اسْتِردَادٍ وَصَلَّى لَم يُعِدْ.

(ثُمَّ إنْ) (تَيَمَّمَ) لِعَدَمِ غَيْرِهِ (عَاجِزًا عَنْ اسْتِرْدَادِ) مَاءٍ بَاعَهُ أَوْ وَهَبَهُ (وَصَلَّى) (لَمْ يُعِدْ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ عَادِمٌ لِلْمَاءِ حَالَ التَّيَمُّمِ، أَشْبَهَ مَا لَوْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ قَبْلَ الْوَقْتِ فَلَا إثْمَ وَلَا إعَادَةَ بِالْأَوْلَى.
