(وَيَتَّجِهُ هَذَا) - أَيْ: الدُّخُولُ لِتَفَرُّجٍ وَنَحْوِهِ - إذَا كَانَ فِي أَرْضٍ (مَحُوطَةٍ) فَإِنَّهُ مَمْنُوعٌ مِنْهُ؛ إذْ غَيْرُ الْمَحُوطَةِ لَا يُمْنَعُ دَاخِلُهَا لِتَفَرُّجٍ وَنَحْوِهِ، إنْ لَمْ يَضُرَّ بِهَا، فَإِنْ أَضَرَّ مُنِعَ.
