(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ (أَنَّ تَفَرُّجَ النَّاسِ وَنُزَهَهُمْ فِي بَسَاتِينِ الْغَيْرِ) الْمَحُوطَةِ إذَا كَانَتْ مُغْلَقَةً أَبْوَابُهَا أَوْ مَنْطُورَةً (بِلَا إذْنٍ حَرَامٌ) ؛ لِأَنَّ التَّحْوِيطَ عَلَامَةٌ عَلَى عَدَمِ الْإِذْنِ فِي الدُّخُولِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
