Mas’ala 8754غاية المنتهىHanbalivol. 1, p. 763vol. 1, p. 763

وَإن حُصِلَ رَأْسُهَا بِإِنَاءٍ وَلَمْ يَخْرُجْ إلَّا بِذَبْحِهَا أَوْ كَسْرِهِ وَلَمْ يُفرِّطَا كُسِرَ وَعَلَى مَالِكِهَا أَرْشُهُ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ حُصِلَ رَأْسُهَا) - أَيْ: الشَّاةِ - وَنَحْوِهَا (بِإِنَاءٍ وَلَمْ يَخْرُجْ) رَأْسُهَا (إلَّا بِذَبْحِهَا أَوْ كَسْرِهِ) - أَيْ: الْإِنَاءِ - (وَلَمْ يُفَرِّطَا) - أَيْ: رَبَّ الشَّاةِ وَرَبَّ الْإِنَاءِ؛ (كُسِرَ) الْإِنَاءُ؛ لِرَدِّ مَا حَصَلَ فِيهِ بِغَيْرِ عُدْوَانٍ لِرَبِّهِ، (وَعَلَى مَالِكِهَا) - أَيْ: الْبَهِيمَةِ - (أَرْشُهُ) لِتَخْلِيصِ مَالِهِ.
