(وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنَّهُ يَجِبُ كَسْرُ الْإِنَاءِ وَأَخْذُ أَرْشِهِ (إلَّا إنْ وَهَبَهَا) - أَيْ: الْبَهِيمَةَ - مَالِكُهَا لَهُ - أَيْ: لِرَبِّ الْإِنَاءِ - وَلَا يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْقَبُولُ؛ لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ الْمِنَّةِ،

فَإِنْ قِبَلهَا جَازَ، وَصَارَتْ هِيَ وَالْإِنَاءُ مِلْكًا لَهُ، يَتَصَرَّفُ بِهِمَا كَيْفَ شَاءَ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
