وإنْ غَصَبَ مِنْجَلًا، فَقَطَعَ بِهِ خَشَبًا أَوْ حَشِيشًا فلِغَاصِبٍ.

(وَإِنْ غَصَبَ مِنْجَلًا، فَقَطَعَ) الْغَاصِبُ أَوْ غَيْرُهُ (بِهِ خَشَبًا أَوْ حَشِيشًا) ؛ فَالْخَشَبُ أَوْ الْحَشِيشُ (لِغَاصِبٍ) ؛ لِحُصُولِ الْفِعْلِ مِنْهُ كَالْحَبْلِ الْمَغْصُوبِ يَرْبِطُ فِيهِ الْغَاصِبُ مَا يَجْمَعُهُ مِنْ حَطَبٍ وَنَحْوِهِ.
