(وَيَتَّجِهُ مِثْلُهُ) - أَيْ: مِثْلُ الْمِنْجَلِ فِي الْحُكْمِ - (لَوْ غَصَبَ سِلَاحًا) كَسَيْفٍ أَوْ رُمْحٍ وَنَحْوِهِ (فَصَادَ بِهِ) - أَيْ: بِالسِّلَاحِ الْمَغْصُوبِ - فَهُوَ لِغَاصِبِهِ؛ لِحُصُولِ ذَلِكَ بِفِعْلِهِ؛ كَمَا لَوْ غَصَبَ سَيْفًا، فَقَاتَلَ بِهِ، وَغَنِمَ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
