ولو تَيَمَّمَ لِجَنَابَةٍ دُونَ حَدَثٍ، أُبِيحَ لَهُ مَا يُبَاحُ لِمُحْدِثٍ مِنْ قِراءَةٍ وَلُبثٍ، لَا طَوَافٌ وَمسُّ مُصحَفٍ،

(وَلَوْ) (تَيَمَّمَ لِجَنَابَةٍ) وَنَحْوِهَا (دُونَ حَدَثٍ) أَصْغَرَ (أُبِيحَ لَهُ مَا يُبَاحُ لِمُحْدِثٍ مِنْ قِرَاءَةٍ وَلُبْثٍ) فِي مَسْجِدٍ، وَ (لَا) يُبَاحُ لَهُ (طَوَافٌ) وَلَا صَلَاةٌ (وَ) لَا (مَسُّ مُصْحَفٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَنْوِ الِاسْتِبَاحَةَ مِنْ الْحَدَثِ الْأَصْغَرِ.
