وَلِحَيضٍ لَم يَبْطُل بِجَنَابَةٍ بَلْ بِنِفَاسٍ،

(وَ) لَوْ تَيَمَّمَتْ (لِحَيْضٍ) بَعْدَ طُهْرِهَا مِنْهُ، ثُمَّ أَجْنَبَتْ أَوْ أَحْدَثَتْ، (لَمْ يَبْطُلْ) تَيَمُّمُهَا لِحَدَثِ الْحَيْضِ (بِجَنَابَةٍ) ، وَلَا حَدَثٍ، وَلَمْ يَحْرُمْ وَطْؤُهَا (بَلْ) يَبْطُلُ (بِنِفَاسٍ) ، فَلَا يَحِلُّ وَطْؤُهَا حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ لَهُ.
